Nakatomi is coming to the UK for the very first time for an art opening at The Flood Gallery and to sling our wares at MCM London!
Thursday, October 27th at 7:30 pm– The Flood will host artist and Nakatomi founder, Tim Doyle at their Greenwich Market location in London! Doyle will be there with his 8 newUnReal Estate prints that debuted at SpokeArt last month, as well as a new free Shiny Object print for the first 50 people through the door! This is Doyle’s first time in the UK, so he’s going to probably be out of his mind with Jet-Lag and easily startled. But DO COME!
Friday the 28th-Sunday the 30th, Doyle will be manning the Nakatomi booth at MCM Comic-Con! He’ll have the Shiny Object original paintings on hand, as well as his usual hand-printed silkscreen goodness! Pick up some prints in person, shake hands, and avoid the international shipping fees by buying directly from Doyle at the con and at the Flood Gallery!
Check out The Flood Gallery HERE. You can read more about the con HERE.
UnReal Estate X comes to an end, with two new prints!
Hello Nakatomi Peoples!
All good things must come to an end, and artist Tim Doyle’s 10 year anniversary UnReal Estate show draws to a close this week at Spoke Art!
And to mark the occasion, we’re releasing two FINAL prints TODAY on Spoke Art HERE.
First up is “Picard Day” a tribute to the finest captain in the history of Starfleet! This 24×18″ hand-printed silkscreen art print is signed and numbered by the artist in a first edition of 100 copies. Also available in a glow in the dark edition of only 50 copies, pictured below-
With the lights on, the glow in the dark edition looks the same as the regular edition, but turn the lights off, and all the tabletops and lighting effects will glow in the dark! Regular edition retails at $50, and Glow in the Dark edition at $75. Pick them up HERE.
The most requested-but-not-yet-drawn UnReal Estate print is finally here! Scranton’s own uh…gloriously nondescript paper warehouse can finally be yours! “Handbags and Gladrags” is available in a day edition (above) and a glow in the dark edition (below).
Both prints measure 16×20, and each are in signed and numbered first editions of 100 each. Regular edition retails at $40 and the variant at $60. Pick them up today at the SpokeArt Site HERE.
All prints in the UnReal Estate X series are available now on the Spoke Art site- pick these first editions up before they’re gone!

“Fold in the Cheese” is a tribute to the wonderful “Schitt’s Creek!” Print measures 18×24″ and is signed and numbered in a hand-printed edition of 100 copies.
“Ham!” is the next print in Doyle’s long running Ghibli sub-set of UnReal Estate prints, this time a tribute to the whimsical “Ponyo”! This 7-color print measures 18×24″ and is signed and numbered in an edition of 100.
And speaking of Ghibli- “It’s a Clock Tower” is Doyle’s take on “Kiki’s Delivery Service”! This 7-color hand-printed silkscreen measures 18×24″ and is signed and numbered in an edition of 100.
“Guillermo’s Lament” is a look at the Vampire Residence from the wonderfully dark comedy, “What We Do In The Shadows”. Available as a regular edition of 100, and a glow in the dark edition of only 40. Print measures 16×20″.
And finally, “In These Trying Times”, Doyle’s take on the infamous Paddy’s Pub from “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia”, available in a regular edition of 100, or a glow in the dark edition of 40, pictured below! The glow edition looks the same as the regular with the lights on, but once the lights go off, Frank himself appears in the window with his trusty revolver!
Both editions measure 16×20″ and are signed and numbered by the artist.

LOST AUSTIN- I LOVE VIDEO PRINT- support local businesses!
Hello Nakatomi Peoples!
The latest print in Tim Doyle’s ongoing “Lost Austin” series is now available- EXCLUSIVE to Parts and Labour– another great local Austin TX business that supports the Austin artist community!
Pick up this 16 x 20″ Screenprint, signed and numbered by the artist in a first edition of 150 copies at the Parts and Labour website HERE. Print is in hand and ready for immediate shipment. Print is $35.
From the artist-
“There’s few storefronts that still resonate ‘old Austin’ to me, quite like the I Luv Video on Airport Blvd did. The murals, the sign, the building- all completely incongruous and unique in the rapidly evolving Austin retail market. I Luv’s very existence- a video store in a streaming-video world…it’s like finding an unused ’57 Chevy in a barn out in the sticks. “How is this still here and how is it so perfect?” But Covid and real estate has claimed another victim, and I knew I couldn’t let this business go by unlamented. I’m releasing this print through another local Austin business that has survived despite the challenges- Parts and Labour. Parts and Labour is the unsung linchpin of the working Austin artist community. Literally 100’s of artists in Austin can pay their bills, continue their craft, because of Parts and Labour. If P&L ever goes away, expect to see a mass exodus of talent and charm and general weirdness from Austin. So here’s to I Luv Video, and here’s to Parts and Labour. Keep Austin Weird, and this year- shop local, because without local businesses, Austin will be as culturally empty as a foreclosed Blockbuster Video.” – Tim Doyle
Prints are available now for $35, and are exclusively available online at Parts & LabourHERE.
